Louise Sommer and any of her assistants/voulenteers take no responsibility for decisions on your part relating to:

​

• Cancellations once the tour has commenced

• Parts of the tour that you choose not to use

• Failure to start on the specified date​

Travel insurance

It is a condition of participation that you have comprehensive travel insurance for the entire duration of the tour. Policy number, insurer and emergency contact numbers must be supplied to Helloworld Travels  as instructed by Helloworld Travels to secure your space.

Additional costs

The tours are land content only. You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation arrangements before and after the tour, any meals not included, travel insurance, telephone, internet, and incidentals, admission to museums, galleries and monuments not forming part of the tour, and personal expenses.

Liability

No responsibility is accepted for any loss, expense, accident, injury, or damage to any person or property due to any causes beyond our control, such losses remaining the responsibility of the guest at any time. You are entirely responsbile for your behaviour, the choises you make and the actions you take and you cannot hold Louise Sommer, her assistens or any travel partners responsible for the results of your behaviour, choises and actions.

Changes

Louise Sommer reserves the right to make changes in accommodations and itineraries should it become necessary. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control do not oblige us to pay compensation to tour guests.

Participation

Louise Sommer reserves the right to accept or reject any person before and during the tour. Louise Sommer also reserves the right to accept or reject any tour participant, whose condition or behaviour, affects the rights and enjoyment of other guests or the tour guide, or interferes with the progress of the tour itself, . A guest leaving a tour under these conditions is not entitled to a refund, any further explations and shall bear any extra expenses that ensue.

Zero abuse tolerance

Any kind of abuse is unaccepted and will lead to immediate disqualification from the group and tour. It is entirely up to Louise Sommer to decide when a guest is abusive and must leave the group and tour. The guest leaving under such conditions is not entitled to any refund, any further explantions and shall bear any extra expenses that ensure.

 

Any person disqualified under this Zero Abuse Tolerance policy will be blacklisted from participating in any future events and services by Louise Sommer and her team. If the disqualified person in any way contact or haress the remaining participants, staff or Louise Sommer, legal actions might take place.
